Natural Resources Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a water resources consulting engineering firm headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado with additional offices in Oakland, California and Asmara, Eritrea. Our staff ranges from 30-40 personnel, and we periodically recruit talented engineers, hydrologists, geologists, GIS and CAD experts, and administrative personnel.
