When Dr. Woldezion “Wold” Mesghinna founded NRCE in 1989, he had already amassed 17 years of intensive engineering experience. In the two decades since then, he has assembled a team of experts, from top engineers to veteran project managers and administrators, who adeptly handle each aspect of every project and understand and anticipate future needs.
