NRCE provides Environmental Services to federal agencies and their clients through our contract with the General Services Administration (GSA).  NRCE supports a wide variety of disciplines with specialized skills in addressing environmentally related business concerns.

899-1 - Environmental Planning Services and Documentation

NRCE is engaged in all levels of project development, management, and design, from preliminary data collection to construction management.  All services are customized to meet client demands from appraisal-level feasibility studies to detailed engineering design reports, investigations, expert witness testimony, and project management oversight.  NRCE has a successful history in working on high profile and complicated projects involving diverse regional and local interests.  NRCE staff includes highly reputable water resources and water rights specialists with experience throughout the western United States.  Likewise, NRCE’s irrigation engineering staff is one of the most experienced in the western United States.  Services include, but are not limited to:

 899-7 - Geographic Information Systems (GIS)


Our GIS department integrates the graphical data in a relational database environment and provides professionals with automated floodplain maps, water resource maps, base maps, land use maps, litigation maps, planning and decision support maps, as well as customized information.  The GIS department provides a full range of graphical and non-graphical information for precision engineering, design, planning, and evaluation.  Our services include:
